Help!!!

I am having the hardest time, and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I cast on just fine, and I do my second row just fine, but for some reason every single time I go to do my third row, I end up with two strings in between my needles. Can you please help me? I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I have done this at least 50 times. Thank you!!
